Dmitry represents clients’ interests in disputes with customs authorities across various areas, including customs valuation, classification and confirmation of the origin of goods, and the application of benefits during customs clearance, as well as in proceedings related to the law enforcement activities of customs authorities.
He advises the firm’s clients during desk (in-house) customs audits and conducts customs audits aimed at optimizing foreign trade procedures and identifying potential risks.

- He graduated from the Faculty of Customs Affairs and also graduated with honors from the M.M. Speransky Faculty of Law of the Institute of Law and National Security of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
- Prior to joining the Taxology team, he worked at an international consulting firm and within customs authorities, including law enforcement units and divisions responsible for the organization of customs control.
