Dolgan joined Taxology in March 2025. Previously, he worked at a ranked law firm, where he gained experience in challenging decisions of the tax authorities as well as advising on matters of Russian taxation.

At Taxology, Dolgan is actively involved in projects related to the identification of tax savings opportunities, the preparation of tax advice, and the support of tax audits. He also contributes to projects concerning the application of tax incentives.
