Ivan has more than three years of experience in tax advisory. He previously worked at a Big Four firm as part of a team specialising in corporate taxation and transfer pricing projects.

Ivan’s primary area of expertise is complex transfer pricing projects for Russian and international groups of companies. His work includes preparing documentation for controlled transactions, conducting functional and economic analyses of business activities, and preparing benchmarking studies of arm’s-length prices and profitability levels.

In the course of his engagements, Ivan supports clients and participates in the analysis of intragroup and cross-border transactions, the selection and substantiation of transfer pricing methods, and the preparation of well-reasoned positions for tax control purposes.
