Prior to joining the Taxology team, Leonid was involved in the legal support of investment projects implemented within the framework of public-private partnerships and gained legislative drafting experience while working with the Investment Committee of Saint Petersburg.

At Taxology, Leonid participates in projects concerning the application of investment tax incentives.
