Mikhail has over 14 years' experience in tax consulting for international and Russian companies, and prior to joining Taxology, he was a partner at a Moscow law firm for 5 years, where he headed tax practice.

Mikhail has extensive experience in the extra-judicial and judicial settlement of tax disputes, including in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

In addition, Mikhail has practical experience in related areas of law: he has extensively participated in transaction structuring and non-standard contractual relationship development projects and provided assistance in complex litigations with more than a billion Russian rubles in claims.

Today, due to a significant increase in relevant requests, Mikhail Uspensky concentrates his practice in blockchain technologies.
