Taxology lawyers defended the client's interests in the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court and in the new First Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction
On January 24, the Supreme Court considered the issue of the legality of imposing property tax on an object based on the cadastral value
Taxology partner Mikhail Uspensky and lawyer Anastasia Venediktova successfully represented the client's interests in the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court on the issue of cadastral taxation of the building that is significant for the client.
The adopted decision is one of the latest in the practice of the Supreme Court on this category of disputes in connection with the creation of the First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal just three months ago, which will now consider such disputes.
By the way, a week earlier Taxology lawyers Anastasia Venediktova and Ksenia Bulgakova had already defended the client's interests in this court in a similar case, which became one of the first such disputes in the practice of the newly created court.
We congratulate our colleagues on these successes and look forward to further victories at all levels of the judicial system! And, of course, we thank our clients for their trust!
