Victor has extensive practical experience in both tax consulting and legal representation.

Victor's competencies also include conducting due diligence, cross-border transaction tax structuring, as well as assisting foreign and Russian investors in negotiating and concluding agreements with regional authorities on the implementation and state support of investment projects
